Day 1:

Celebrate the start of your France holiday at this evening's welcome reception and relax at one of our luxurious city central hotels, such as the Marriott Opera Ambassador in the heart of Paris's popular Opera district. A world of wonder awaits you and you can look forward to fascinating new experiences in the days ahead.

Day 2:

Paris > Chalon-sur-Saône

Travel across the Île-de-France countryside by coach and arrive in Chalon-sur-Saône where a warm welcome awaits you from your crew on board your luxury Scenic Space-ship. Your butler will assist you to settle into your suite. Join your Cruise Director in the Panorama Lounge for a pre-dinner toast to the beginning of your cruise before dining, in the opulent Crystal Dining restaurant this evening.

Enjoy the panoramic vistas from the Sun Deck as you sail into Avignon. Then in the evening, settle back and enjoy one of the region's most entertaining French Chanson vocalists performing live for your enjoyment. What a truly wondrous day.

Day 7:

Avignon

Freechoice: Enjoy an in-depth tour of Avignon's architectural jewel, the Pope's Palace. Alternatively, take an excursion to Uzès and visit Pont du Gard, a magnificent ancient Roman aqueduct. Alternatively, ‘Shop with a Chef’ at a local food market and sample the delicious local fare. This afternoon, enjoy a day of leisure in Avignon.
