In Marseille, visit Vieux Port, the lively fishing harbor; Le Panier, one of the oldest and most stroll-worthy neighborhoods; or the North African souks and shops in the Capucin district.

Nice is more than just a "nice" place to visit! Bristling with colorful buildings, towering palm trees, and a stunning harbor, strolling through Nice is like visiting a painting come to life.

Day 4:

Day 4: Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

Livorno is your gateway to a quintessential Italian experience, with Florence and Pisa hosting some of the country's most impressive art and architecture, including the Statue of David.

Day 5:

Day 5: Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

Always enchanting, the Eternal City will captivate you—no matter how often you visit. Walk in the steps of gladiators at the Coliseum, channel your inner statesman at the Forum, or wonder at Michelangelo's masterwork at St. Peter's Basilica. Pasta and vino are a must, and there are plenty of places to relax and refuel after a day of exploration.

Day 6:

Day 6: Sorrento, Italy

Looking out from Sorrento is the isle of Capri. The island is divided into two main parts, Capri and Anacapri. Capri is full of Italian luxury, with designer stores and five-star hotels lining the streets, while Anacapri is slightly more down-to-earth. Take a relaxing chair lift ride to the very top of the island, as the views are jaw-droppingly gorgeous.

Day 7:

Day 7: Amalfi

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kotor is filled with churches, shops, bars, restaurants, and hidden piazzas, perfect for enjoying Montenegrin wines like the red Vranac or dry white Krstač. The entire city is surrounded by stone in the imposing Mount Saint John and by towering ancient walls, creating a cozy feeling of protection when you walk the cobblestone streets.

Day 10:

Day 10: Sibenik, Croatia

A must-see in the old part of Sibenik is the Cathedral Sveti Jakov, and if you love the great outdoors, visit Krka National Park. One of the best ways to see Sibenik is to lose yourself in the side streets and alleys that lead to charming shops and squares. Take a break at one of the city's restaurants and enjoy a local red babić paired with fresh Adriatic seafood.

Day 11:

Day 11: Koper, Slovenia

Koper, Slovenia, where an extra late stay means you'll have plenty of time to explore. Cross the border into nearby Trieste, the coffee capital of Italy, for a cappuccino at Caffè San Marco, trek through the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Skocjan Caves, or roam the streets of Koper's Old Town.

Day 12:

Day 12: Venice (Fusina), Italy

Your voyage concludes in Venice with an enchanting overnight stay. This means you'll have even more time for people-watching in the Piazza San Marco, sampling Veneto wines, and shopping for everything from Murano glass to swathes of silk.
